--That is me and the old Computer. Because yes, she has risen, from the ashes of 3 spent hard drives, 2 visits to ATN, and quite a bit of concern and dismay on my part. The computer is like my 3rd hand (which as we know is slow in evolving), linking me to the world, allowing me to function as a productive student and employee, and giving me a social outlet. It is sad that without a small black electronic device I am less of a person, but yes, it IS that vital to my functioning. Some say that the Cell Phone is an extension of themselves; for me, without the computer, I might as well be a castrated drunkard wandering the streets of durham with a cardboard box begging for spare change. Now hopefully, with less than 2 weeks left in this, the most vital of semesters, I will be able to regain footing and press on towards the ultimate goal of 100%. And yes, I'm 22 fucking years old. Old man, yes, dead to life, fun ending, game over. Fuckdamn it all.
